It’s been a true pleasure to discuss film with the world - thank you!

Below are some of my favourite pieces features, Click any image below to find out more:

disney pixar’s luca

Stepping through the Cinque Terre. A pleasure beyond words to have my Luca trip seen by the team at Pixar! I still can’t quite believe it. I’ve been a fan of their films for forever, so to celebrate the world of Luca in this way was a true delight. Especially since this film touched me deeply with its themes and messages. A magical location for a magical film. As Buzz Lightyear would say: Onwards to more Pixar travels, to infinity… and beyond!

Stepping Through Film with The Academy

It’ll be no surprise that this remains one of the biggest honours I’ve received in the photographic world! As a film lover at heart, it was beyond surreal to speak to The Academy about, not just locations, but the true passion and love that stems from the moving pictures that we all know and love. It might not be an actual Oscar, but I think it’s the closest I’ll get!

edgar wright x stepping through film

Entering the world of zombies, cops, aliens, and Soho life with one of my favourite directors around. It started out with me being a pure fan of this mans work. I posted many Edgar Wright related shots way back from 2017 onwards and then, little did I know, that would soon lead to a collaboration - a dream come true! It’s been a pleasure to continue exploring his Cornetto trilogy and then, just last year, collaborate on his latest feature film. Below are some of those earlier features - which were not paid collaborations.

Thanks Edgar!

exploring the world of it’s a sin

Russell T Davies is a master of storytelling on the small screen. When his new show, It’s a Sin, was announced, I knew it was going to be a splendour of art, soul, and humanity at its finest while being based around a very important topic. It was emotional to explore these locations but oh, so very beautiful to do so as well - made all the more incredible since the production team behind it all managed to see my travels. Thank you and La!

Stepping through hatfield house

The world of film is on another level here within the grounds of Hatfield House. A venue filled with cinematic treats and wonder aplenty. It’s always a pleasure to visit this location and celebrate all that’s been created within its walls. Thank you to the team here for always being so welcoming and accommodating. So much to see here and so much to explore.

Celebrating film & tv with BAFTA LONDON

Being based in the UK, I was always snapping and sharing London based scenes online. I’d post BAFTA nominated titles too, just for fun, and then BAFTA saw! Still so very thankful for them sharing it all and then wanting to collaborate on future projects - those can be viewed on the ‘work’ section above. It sprung into a lengthy collaboration of exploring British films in all of their wonder and I still can’t believe it really. Similarly with exploring the films of Edgar Wright, this started as me simply being a fan and so it was truly a delight to then be asked to do further projects linked with celebrating my home, the British screen.

Exploring locations with ITV London

It was a pleasure to travel around London with a film crew and celebrate some iconic filming locations around the city! I had loved exploring many on my own. Always wandering around solo, so to be asked to go around and film something like this was such a joy and a really great experience. I’ve since been lucky to do a similar thing with BBC London and BBC Radio.

Speaking to Vanity Fair

Many publications cross the online space these days, but Vanity Fair is a name I was always very familiar with, I mean, it’s Vanity Fair?! So, it was quite surreal to talk with them about all things film and travel. The best thing that came of it? The writer of The Devil Wears Prada saw my celebration of the film - a film I adore - which was quite fantastic! I’ll never look at a pair of Jimmy Choo’s in the same way.
